The first interview took about twenty minutes, a short introduction, we went over my experience and background, and discussed the company. We scheduled a second round of interviews for two weeks later. The second interview was very casual, only about twenty minutes long. We set up a third interview with someone else on the team with more knowledge on day to day operations. The following day I received an automated rejection email with absolutely zero feedback on their positioning and decision making process. This was a waste of time and a very unprofessional interview process.
