The process took about 4 weeks. Hiring is done by a recruiting company, the headhunter contacted me she, First was only codility test it was of medium-easy difficulty I cleared. Next was online code pair with one of there Engineer it was good I got feedback same day that I cleared that then headhunter with her boss came down to meet me to get to know my expectations and give some info on what to expect. The recruiter and Xfer is good at turn around on feedbacks. Next was onsite System design and behavioural that went good then I did behavioural, TBH when I walked in I was not expecting the company to be in Incubator so I sabotaged behavioural round myself, I explained the recruiter about my experience and said even if want to give me offer I'm not gonna accept as they were not giving any substantial hike or other benefits from what I was already getting. Recruiter did not present me the complete picture of what company is she simply said they have nice office etc etc and she will try to get more salary hike I only agreed to go ahead so as to test myself atleast. For other I advice its a start up in incubator Idk how it will turn out but dont believe the recruiter she will hide this fact to get more people for her clients just see if money they are offering is worth the risk.
