Second with the local Manager. Focused on the skills needed for the job, what the company expected and what benefits it gives.
Third with senior Manager/director. More personal interview to see if you fit the job and the experience that the Manager needs.

the process took 5 days, 4 rounds. All interviews were virtual due to pandemics. The interview was around 1-2 hrs per day. Multiple questions from Scrum Board, user stories, sprint velocity, Fix Budget Projects.
