Started with a phone call with the company's recruiter. Then had an in person interview with VP of Sales, then Regional Sales Manager, then had a "ride day" with a current sales representative to understand the day to day. Last part of the process was a panel interview with 4 people from leadership positions.

It was terrible. The questions were full of non sense. The way the presentation was done was extremely boring. Thank god I didnt take the job. It would have been the worst decision I ever made in my life.
