I had a phone interview and it was done by someone working from home in TX. It was quick like 15-20 mins if that. They asked me to show up on site on a particular day at a particular time to do my I9 but I was there for over an hour and had to leave and come in on that following Monday to do my I9. It seemed very disorganized.
