The process was an online application, online behavioural assessment, async online video interview and online assessment centre with a presentation and a behavioural interview. The highlight of the interview process was having a ex-Graduate reach out to me with a 30 min mentorship session before my assessment centre where I could ask any questions I wanted about the role, company and recruitment process. I wan't expecting this extra touch and it played a role in my choosing to accept the offer.
