Firstly a telephone screening call to ask basic questions about experience, salary expectations etc. The lady who called seemed pretty disorganized and rushed. The call was only about 5 minutes. I was then invited to the office for a face to face interview to ask more in depth about my experience. The interviewers were really nice and friendly, they made me feel very comfortable. I thought it was a nice experience and I came out of the interview feeling very confident. After the interview, nobody bothered to inform me of the outcome. I had to call myself about two weeks later to ask, which they said I did not get the role as they thought some of my answers were too vague. I know they are trying to create a comfortable environment, but It would be better if the interviewers had been more forthright and questioned further if they wanted to know more so I could have had the opportunity to expand my answer and give more detail, rather than just happily agreeing.
