Booked in time for an initial conversation with internal HR. Went through the usual questions .. ‘what interested you in this role?’, ‘why xero?’ Etc. Internal recruiter said he would get back to me the following Monday. Monday came and went and had heard nothing so gave him a call and left a message. He called back and left me a message to say they would like to offer me a formal interview. I attempted to call back on a number of occasions. Ended up sending an email providing feedback on the whole process after hearing nothing back and received an evening text to say he would be in contact but did not receive a response to my email. I missed his call the following day and attempted to call back but it was missed and didn’t hear anything again. It seems like multiple people have had this experience with internal recruitment. Pretty disappointing..
