First round was a fairly easy coding interview, with some generic questions and 2 SQL questions. Second round was a one-way video interview (questions below). Third and final round was the"Xero Assessment Centre" day. This included two 45 minute interviews, one technical and one soft-skills. In the technical interview, you show a project you've worked on and discuss it with the interviewers. They also asked some generic questions related to team work and positives of cloud computing. The other part of the assessment centre was receiving a topic to research for 15 minutes and doing a short presentation to a panel of Xero workers and the other applicants.

given a time limit to complete 3 different test formats, the technical questions from places like leetcode etc while I understand why they are used to gauge a certain level, I feel are redundant or is an unfair advantage for people potentially with ADHD which struggle under a specific high pressure time environment to solve answers, to things that if presented to many engineers I would guess many would fail to solve unless they were practicing those exactly problems everyday I'm mostly answering this to keep using glassdoor, no hard feelings and I still think the interview process is still valid despite my frustrations with technical questions, doing it online is better than expecting people to solve it in person
