the interview process include multiple rounds (hr call - 1st round interview - 2nd round interview). f2f at sydney office. the 2nd round was a take-home project. a guy from melbourne trying to ask dump questions.

Entrevista
Was contacted by a Xero recruiter.
Initial phone call with the recruiter.
Second interview was a casual meeting with the team lead. No technical questions. It was just to see if there was a good personality fit and that my experience might be a good fit.
Third interview was presenting an end to end diagram I made of a software system I am familiar with. The questions were of a DevOps/SRE nature. They are working in a very large and well developed pipeline and I felt I was not able to adequately answer some of their pipeline related questions.
About a week later the recruiter called to let me know they were moving forward with another candidate.
