The interview was very thorough and rigorous. All of the necessary information needed was provided on the spot. They also gave a work trial for the said role. I really enjoyed the hiring process in Xendit.
Casual interview to get to know our perspective. They also asked about our expectations and open to any questions. The interviewer join on time and it took 30minutes. honestly they questioned the same thing as their guide on website

Step one, 1st user screening by 2 people back to back
Step two, e-presentation with 5 panelis (manager, team lead and head). You really need to go above and beyond in this step, prrof that you really want to work here! (It is a unicorn company and you have hundreds of competitors)
Step three, salary offering 🥳
