I was only able to complete the preliminary portion of the interview. The first three steps included: - Self-assessment questionnaire - Support Ticket Triage Exercise: Interviewees review a table of tickets and rank the top three priority tickets - Case Study: Interviewees are given 30 minutes to work through a technical scenario and describe the solution to an employee on the phone
