There are three stages, Programming Test, First - Time Interview and Second - Time Interview. Now, I'm at the Second - Time Interview. The Programming Test was fine for me. It is depends on their opinion regarding your programming test because different people have different style to program. The First - Time Interview was okey for me although there was a language barrier.
