This is an incredible company who is getting a less than stellar wrap on Glassdoor & I want to try to change that by leaving my review. (No I don’t work here - yet - and am not a paid service.) It isn’t yet the right time for me to work here quite yet, but believe I will. I know talented, intelligent, highly analytical people who I highly respect who are here & extremely happy. The company strategy is interesting: refreshingly well thought out & smart. Clients, management & people who work here are bright, motivated, & all around amazing. I would love to work here & can honestly say that Xede will be the first place I call when the time is right. Perhaps the less than 5-star reviews here are attempting to hide this gem to the masses...? These guys are a breath of fresh air in the consulting sphere and a diamond in the rough!
