Applied on Uber's website, got a phone screening call by a recruiter, then a formal interview with the same recruiter via skype, then a skype interview with the hiring supervisors, then an onsite interview.

I applied online on the website. About three days later I got a call from a third party recruiter. The recruiter had no idea what she was doing. Then there was a sequence of three interviews, the first was supposed to last 30 minutes but the person in charge called me and told me that his computer was broken, so he made me Just two questions over the phone, he quickly told me that I could move on to the next part of the interview. I was surprised by the brevity and lack of professionalism but then came the worst. The second person I interviewed asked basic questions, while I answered the questions, he put his finger inside his nose, dragged his head and was looking all around without paying attention to what I said. The third person was much more educated although on many occasions he was distracted and did not pay attention. It was a very bad experience, maybe the most unprofessional interview I've ever seen.
