Interview last about 2.5 hours. Three people interviewed me, one is the director, one from technical side, another from business side. Manager asked about your behavior questions, what kind person you are, are you a team player, etc. Technical staff focus on what's your technical skills you have, etc. The business supervisor asked questions about your management skills. They are very nice.
