We had to sit a numeracy test, this was a booklet filled with questions which took me about 1 hour to complete. After the test, we had the interview which was very informal.

1 day at Chester (interviewed away from the place you work..) - long talk about themselves and then a English and maths test. This is followed by the interview which was actually a 2 minute talk 1:1 about what hours you want - so you pretty much have the job either way!

Entrevista
A glorified briefing session about the client (M&S Bank/HSBC), the company (Hazell Carr), using umbrella companies to deal with pay and taxes (which came off as bizarre when realising you're working for neither client OR company and basically self employed). They essentially act as if you already have the job, and bank on you to accept it immediately.
Required to bring passport.
Literacy and numeracy tests given, fairly straightforward and wasn't too hard or easy.
Interview was 1:1 that lasted under three minutes if that.
Was offered a position the day after, but after explaining that I had other job interviews and/or offers alongside this and wanted to weigh options, I was immediately regarded as "being hesitant" because I didn't make my mind up on the spot and was hung up on the phone and fobbed off for not giving an immediate response.
Would not recommend "working" for this company based on reviews, interview process and how they handled my queries in the subsequent phonecall.
