They will eagerly reply, phone screen and have you take multiple assessments for a role, while they don't review your resume for required skills for the job. When it came time to speak with the hiring manager I was told they were requiring a candidate with experience in specific technology (that I never said I had, and clearly wasn't on my resume). If that was the requirement, I have no idea how I made it through as far as I did, and generally the experience left me with a bad impression of the organization.
