Several structured questions. Interview was about 2.5 hrs in length. Interviewed by three people - 2 at one time - then one after. Several situation questions were asked and then questions regarding experience and education. It was hard on a few situation questions to come up with the answers quicl. Other than that - it is fairly comfortable.
