Ho fatto un colloquio con dopo aver mandato il mio cv. Tutto ok fino al colloquio. Ho fatto una call ma arriva in ritardo senza scusare. Ragazzi evitate di fare un colloquio che perderete solo il vostro tempo!

1- HR call

3-Test " presentation about XM for 30 min in local language "
All was good and normal
But no clear info about the company and the benefits,
I asked about the salary and they said will let you know when you complete the task.
Panel interview looks like court and questions as you did somthing wrong when you applied.
Task to work on will take few time and when asked for more info about job, they said can't share until you complete the test.
Test to do full presentation in my native language about xm & creat account and make sure to be verified to go them through what I found and what need to develop.
I applied for client relation role not user experience expert.
HR team was unprofessional when sent last email " do the test or not up to you "
After all of that and refuse to complete the task , i got a call and told me salary is very low and working under other company operating in UAE not XM and no benefits just salary and medical for your self.

I applied online. The hiring process was pretty average.
In the first online interview I was asked generic questions about my resume. The interviewer seemed uninterested and was clearly reading while explaining the position.
The second was an online language assessment. I was asked to traslate from and to my mother tongue. Probably the easiest part of the process.
The third one was an ON SITE interview. I was called for this (why not sending an email like for the other rounds? This already looked strange to me). Again, I was asked generic questions about my experience, why I wanted the job etc... but two things in particular were big red flags (I would have turned down the job if offered): the position was advertised as hybrid, but it would have become so only after like six months of full on site (why not stating it in the job descprition?); I applied for the Client Relationship Manager position, only to discover that "according to business needs" I would have had to switch between different positions (again, why not stating it in the job description?). I don't like to be lied to, so I'm glad I didn't go further.
