I went through the interview process and I regret to say that I was disappointed by the way I was evaluated. In the past, I have been rejected many times by applying on similar roles and I have absolutely no problem with it. I use rejection as an opportunity to become better and I would apply again to the same companies in the future. But, unfortunately I would not do that for this company. The process included a preliminary online test and initial screening, which was followed by a technical assignment. Thereafter, an invitation to move forward was offered. During the final stage, I had the strong impression that the interviewers were relying on a fixed set of expected answers. When the discussion moved beyond that predefined scope, engagement appeared to drop, and at times the interviewers seemed unsure how to proceed. In such situations, it would be more constructive to ask follow-up questions or invite the candidate to clarify their reasoning, rather than disengaging from the discussion. Another point I would like to highlight is the interviewers’ attitude toward the candidate. It gave the impression that a decision had already been made prior to the interview, which made the discussion feel less objective. My recommendations for the company are: 1. Please make sure the interviewers have sufficient knowledge to evaluate a candidate for a similar role. 2. Secondly, please evaluate the interviewer's motivation and approach by checking if they operate upon a level of integrity. Unfortunately I would not advise someone to apply, unless the company improves the interview process.

I had a first interview with the HR. They sent me the test which I did to the letter but got rejected without a tech interview to defend my choices and code. Meanwhile NO feedback and reasons other than they were looking for a more senior candidate. Sent the test to people I trust and it was more than adequate.
