First, I had a phone conversation with someone who wanted to learn more about my background and future goals. Subsequently, they offered me an online interview. Following that, I received a coding challenge, completed it, and had a very brief code challenge review meeting, which was quite positive. Afterward, they offered me another interview. Their interview process was quite lengthy, and in the midst of it, I received another job offer from a different company that piqued my interest. I accepted that offer and withdrew from the ongoing process with XCNT. While I appreciated XCNT and found them to be a kind and promising company, I couldn't wait indefinitely for an offer as they had a very extensive interview process. I believe the process was excessively long, and if it had been shorter, I might have continued with them.
