The interview process was disappointing and unprofessional. I was contacted multiple times for discussions and interviews, but after following up, I received no response at all. There is no big effort in sending a short email to inform a candidate that they were rejected or that the company decided not to move forward. HR should respect applicants’ time and effort. They can spend 30 minutes talking with you, but apparently cannot spend 30 seconds sending a simple update. Lack of communication and ghosting candidates leaves a very negative impression.
