There were 5 rounds of interview. and they were willing to work around my schedule. Definitely felt like they are not hiring for need but are genuinely interested in finding the right fit for their company and culture. This was by far the best experience i have been a part of. Communication was on point from the get-go, I was told what to expect in the process and was offered immediate feedback and follow-up after each round. The process was detailed and each round tested different aspects of my skillset. All Rounds facilitated a 2 way communication process and interviewers were open to patiently answering all my questions and were transparent about the work culture and nature of the role. I was impressed by the time and effort devoted by the team to find find the right fit, There was no rush and I felt no pressure at any point during the process.
