I applied to a different company but they did not have any openings. I received an email from X Shadyside that asked if I would be interested. I sent the director an updated resume and then we had a phone interview since I was not in the area. After the phone interview she asked me to make the trip for an in person interview. After the in person interview, I was offered the position and accepted formally via email.
