The interview process was intense, but fair. I was asked about my work philosophy, to give examples of times I used my skills in specific situations, and why I want to work for the company. I met with many people in one day, but all were professional and polite.

Disorganized, worked with a poor recruiter who hurt my chances. She asked to schedule an initial screening and for me to provide availability for the next couple days. I responded the same day. She didn't respond and 3 days later, I followed up. She said she would call me the next day at a time I wasn't available. Immediately responded to tell her I wasn't available then with additional availability, no response. Next day, she called me during the time I wasn't available, so had to do a rush phone screen before jumping into a meeting. Miraculously must have gone OK, asked me to do a phone interview with hiring manager, and then a week later to come in to meet w/ an additional 4-5 people. Then, radio silence....for 2 weeks. I e-mailed the recruiter to check on status, no response. E-mailed again a week later, no response. I finally e-mailed the hiring manager who told me I was still in the running. Recruiter e-mailed afterward to apologize, and asked if I was interviewing anywhere else. I said I was looking at other places, but no pending offers. Another 2 weeks rolls by, and the recruiter tells me I didn't make the final round, implying that it was because I was looking at other opportunities. The whole process took 2 months and to be honest, I felt strung along, and didn't advance because I was working with a poor recruiter.
