Initial phone call screening will be about ten to twenty minutes by the recruiter. At the end of the screening, an appointment for a general phone interview will be scheduled. Once that interview happens, the hiring manager from Twitter will determine initially whether or not you will be a good fit and provide a technical evaluation quiz.
The quiz is a fairly straightforward API research confirmation to ensure you can find the information needed, followed by a bonus question asking you to build something with the Twitter API using any tools you have at your disposal. Bonus points if you explain exactly what you did with your steps in the process.
Once you pass the technical evaluation, you will be invited back for an actual on-HQ interview. This will likely start at 9:30am, and go for three hours or so. Each interview will last for 30 minutes. Be prepared to ask questions of each interviewer, and make sure to mix them up. You will likely meet with a few Partner Engineer, a few management types, and have another miniature evaluation. The focus will likely be to assess that you do know how to think/function programmatically and you should be prepared with CLI tool knowledge to perform general functions for them on the spot.

Pregunta 1
“I want you to explain something to me. Pick any topic you want: a hobby you have, a book you’ve read, a project you worked on–anything. You’ll have just five minutes to explain it. At the beginning of the five minutes you shouldn’t assume anything about what I know, and at the end I should understand whatever is most important about this topic. During the five minutes, I might ask you some questions, and you can ask me questions. Take as much time as you want to think it through, and let me know when you want to start.”

Offsite, through phone calls yet organized. Get referred if possible, it makes it easier for everyone. Most of the interviewers were good (at interviewing), if you get one that is not good at interviewing, turn the interview around and ask them questions- it works just as well to get a good understanding of each other. Know scala and other programming languages.
