The interview process was completely unprofessional. I expected better especially since this is a well-known organization. A recruiter contacted me regarding a position and I sent in my resume. They did not respond for 2 weeks and after I followed up with them, they responded with saying that they went with another candidate. Subsequently, they suggested another position which they think is a better fit. So two phone interviews were scheduled. In both cases, the interviewers were 10 minutes late in the call. I think they did not take this seriously and were just padding their applications and treating candidates like fodder. I would have been find with the results either way, but the rude behavior, snarky remarks, and unprofessionalism is very off-putting. This does not bode well for Twitter.
