Here are the rounds: 1. Phone Screening. 2. Technical Assignment - I was given a 3 day task to built a note management application using ReactJS. The functionalities that needed to be implemented was: a. Add a note b. Edit a note c. Delete a note d. Add tags to a note e. Filter notes based on tags 3. Technical questions based on the completed assignment. Additional questions were also asked. This went for more than an hour on phone. After 3rd round, when the call was about to end, I specifically asked the interviewer if I'll get a feedback irrespective of their decision. He promised me that he'll call me back irrespective of his decision and give feedback on my interview answers and assignment code. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Interviewer DID NOT keep his promise. There was no contact from Wysa.io regarding the status of my application. This was totally unprofessional from WYSA recruitment team. I'm glad I did not get to join a company like this.
