Applied online, received a request for a video interview. 7 questions. Thought i would be good for the job because of my previous experience at a hotel. Told 2 days later I wasn’t fit through email.

The first interview included a digital interview. A computer and webcam (good lighting) aided the interview. After reading each question, I had only a few seconds to come up with an answer while recording. You cannot go back and redo or re-record your answer. You get a practice run before actually taking part in the interview. The actual interview listed each question on the right side of the screen and showed the webcam image (face) as a smaller than normal square in the center of the screen. The webcam catches whatever is in the background, so think professional.
