I was cold contacted by one of their recruiters multiple times offering to interview for a role that is below my current, publicly visible position. I ultimately replied, indicating that if they had a position inline with my current role, I would be happy to explore a potential fit but that I had no interest in the position as described. I received no response to that email. Today I received a rejection email for a position I never sought and outright rejected in my one and only contact with Wurl. I share this for those who are considering employment with this company as an example of the low caliber their people and processes exhibit. Expect that, going in, you just will be a number in one of their SaaS dashboards and you probably will not be surprised or disappointed by your experience.
