I applied online and was invited to do a first round behavioral interview. Very straightforward and standard questions about my experience, why I am applying for the company, and my personal goals. The 2nd round interview was a mock client call. I was given a spreadsheet of data to analyze and then create a presenaton for a mock client call.

Tell us about a time that you had to work with a large amount of data
It was a nice and brief phone interview that lasted around 30mins. It was a getting to know you and your experiences style and question and answers style for questions about the role and the company.
I had a phone interview then an on site interview at their office in NYC. Everyone was very nice and they made the process very smooth, I did not get an offer however.
