      Entrevista

The hiring process for this company is the most disgusting and longest I've ever encountered. If you have a lot of time and are ready to make concessions on working conditions - then you can try to pass all 5 stages of communication with HR. Be prepared for the fact that no one listens to all your answers. Otherwise, how can you explain that you will be asked the same questions again? It would seem that after a successfully completed test task, you can begin to discuss offers, but for HR this is not enough. You will be asked to pass a cognitive test. And this is the same factor after which they can do anything with you. They say all candidates for any position pass this test, but they themselves do not know or cannot explain its purpose. You will solve 40 mathematical tasks and HR will never show you the results. It's a convenient way to manipulate the long stages of the interview. You will be told that you did not pass this test well, but the company does you a favor and offers you worse conditions, and if you agree, there is a chance to work. For example, they'll take out health insurance. I will note that the test itself, which was a factor in this behavior, does not say anything about your professional skills (for example, me as Designer) I don't understand how people can spend their working time having the same conversations. I'm very sorry I wasted a lot of time with this company. They like to claim to be an international company with an office in California but this is pure Russian company with russian mentality (just google it!). And they play almost like Google. But, guys, cmon, where's Google and where are you? At the time I was waiting for an answer after my last interview, I already accepted an other company's offer, so this story ended well for me.
