Smooth, clear process. Four rounds including an initial phone interview, a second phone interview + an assessment, an on-site half day, and a final zoom interview with an executive. There was a significant emphasis on company culture and values during the interviews. All interviewers were very friendly and professional, and spending a few hours on-site for the third round was a great way to see the company culture first-hand. Full cycle from applying to receiving an offer was about 2 months.
