Interviews went great and the team was fabulous! Follow up was not. I followed up a couple weeks after, they said they were still interviewing. I followed up again after another three weeks and they had yet to decide, but HR said they would let me know either way. Completely ghosted me. Very disappointing given the overall vibe of the company.

It was a 10 minute joke, I can't believe that they hire people that way, there was no background check, they barely drug tested me, half the people there are on drugs any way, half the people there show up hung over anyway I can't believe that they get Any work done anyway.
