You apply online, get a call or email inviting you for an interview, they were pretty keen to get me in as soon as possible so the interview was a few days after applying.

It was a Really kind interviewer gave space to construct my answers. It was a 2-stage interview, first stage evaluated my interpersonal skills and in the secound stage, evaluated my understanding of the job role and company. All in all, went really well and everyone in the team was lovely.
