The interviewer was down to earth and friendly. He explained everything eloquently whilst he gave a tour of the factory, before we sat down to commence the interview, which was simple and was more like a casual chat than a formal interview.

Process starts at the security office at the main gate where you fill in your info and get a printed identification paper. Then walk into the main building and fill out some paperwork. Straight into one of the interview rooms where you’ll spend around 10-15 minutes chatting to a recruiter or production manager. Very relaxed interview style and feels more like a back and forth conversation.
