The first interview was a call with a recruiter. The second interview was an hour interview with two people who had senior roles on the SEO team. During the second interview, I was asked technical SEO questions, and yes or no questions about my SEO experience, questions like did you have experience with Pinterest SEO, and App Optimization.

The overall interview process at Wpromote was efficient and personable. After I applied I was contacted by the recruiter who set up a telephone interview so she could learn more about my background and skills. After the phone interview, I had a panel video interview with three directors. After my panel interview they made an offer letter about a week and half later.
