Make certain you have a nice environment to think in and have had a decent time to have prepared. Listen carefully because you are not in charge, others have assembled their best talent and it is their election to interview you. Do not answer in long or abbreviated answers. Find a time to talk and do not interrupt but candidly ask if your response is required either during the process or if you will comment at the end then write down their questions and ask at the end when a decision will be made.
