There are three rounds. For the 1st round, the president of the company Alicia interviewed me and talked about my background and then asked me several questions to know me better. I think I gave her the good answers and she was very patient to hear my answers. Then we scheduled the 2nd round interview on the following Monday with another person in the leadership and he taught me what is the job looks like.
