I sent my resume through zip recruiter and got a call within an hour which I thought was super strange. While talking to Alicia on the phone (who according to other reviews is cold hearted, deceiving and manipulative) she asked if we could have an in person interview; she gave me specific times in the morning. I asked if we could schedule something for Friday as I already have a full time job. She created "sense of urgency" by saying that the position may not be available on Friday as they are receiving resumes from everywhere (I work in staffing I know how sense of urgency works- the position will not be gone by Friday) Anyway in that moment I accepted. However, after doing a little research I have decided not to waste my time with this. This position is most likely a pyramid scheme that makes its associates believe they will eventually move up by working them for 60+ hours a week for little to no compensation going door to door in poor and low income neighborhoods where you are at risk of so many things (being raped, mugged, murdered, etc) To this I say no thank you! You can keep your "super important and high end position" that so many people are dying to snatch up.

It was a group interview with the manager and an Worldwide Marketing recruiter, they asked basic interview questions. Make sure to listen to others responses and to add to and incorporate their answers into yours. Make sure you know and do your research about the company and their values. Their core values about their companies are: Integrity, Professionalism and Results.

Entrevista
I was called for an interview by a recruiter. When I arrived it was a very nice, professional building. When I entered the office suite, there was a warm welcoming feeling with nice upbeat music playing in the lobby. I was interviewed by one of the hiring managers which lasted about 20 minutes. I was then invited back luckily for an additional interview where a top account executive took me to lunch and explained the growth opportunity, company benefits and compensation package. That took about 2 hours, upon arriving back to the office I was interviewed by the president of the company, which was very nerve racking. A day later I received a call after they screened all the applicants and was surprised to be offered a position!
