Telephone interview, it wasn't intimidating and the HR person was easy to talk to. I was offered a position on the spot and then sent a few emails to begin the onboarding process.

Short and direct, availability is very important and at the time only offered part time positions. Highlight hands on experience. High school diploma or GED is required. They also ask if you can drive and it seems like its required but at the job site a great number doesn't have driver's license. If you have worked for them before and you are returning you have a higher chance.

If you show up to the interview you get hired. Try to speak some English. Doesn't really matter. They hire everyone. Short, tall, fat or skinny, young or old. Don't worry you have a job at WFS
