It starts off with a call, if you pass it then you're invited to the open day. There the full interview process takes approx. 2 hours. Short introduction about the business, couple of exercises and then you're asked to give a short presentation of yourself. After that, if successful, you go into a 1 to 1 and final stage interview with the Regional Sales Director.

Had a 30-minute introductory interview via Teams with two interviewers. One watched and continuously yawned, and was almost 10 minutes late. The questions were standard, but the overall atmosphere was somewhat rude.
