I had a good chat with the recruiter and was told she will let me know if I move forward. After a week I got a call from the same recruiter to set the next interview with the manager. We set the date and time and I waited to receive the confirmation mail for the on line interview. One day before the interview was set I called back to ask for the mail and I was told the manager is in sick leave and we will set the interview at an other time. Never heard from them again. I consider that to be lack of professionalism. Letting know the other candidates their interviews are canceled is a form of respect.
