in the beginning HR looks interested in my profile, talking about the company without stopping, describing like "HEAVEN", after the first call they asked you to write an email where you should said your motivation, after the second round, you should write another email to show them your deep motivation. after a while they told me that they are not 100% sure. they need to think about new hiring process and change people with old mentalities. so do not waist your time.
Three rounds of interviews including technical, team and HR interviews. Technical one was not a specific language based, but logical questions were asked. Team interview was done with four team members.
Looks like fresher took an interview with out of scope questions
He is unaware about how to take the interviews
Asking irrelevant questions and trying to be smart with very little knowledge
