Dysfunctional interview process. For round 1, they send you a Google Form with a bunch of code slapped in the description. Barely any instructions on what to solve and no description of what the code does or is supposed to do. The interviewer claimed to be available to answer questions but never responded. Furthermore, I never heard a word from them after submitting round 1 even though they claimed to get back to candidates by a specific deadline. Quite disappointing and a waste of time.
