One phone interview and one virtual interview with two employees. I then got positive feedback and then was told they were interested in me for the position but they were on a hiring freeze. I waited weeks and followed up back and forth with them a few times and was told to "hang in there" while they wait for the freeze to lift. A few weeks later, I just get a generic rejection email with no explanation as to what happened. Very disappointing and felt kind of disrespectful.

Screening questions from HR followed by three 30 minute interviews with two senior leaders and my direct supervisor. Everyone was very nice and I heard back from HR within a week after each interview!
