Slow and deliberate. Several levels and extensive drill into personality included personality assessment and interpretation of results. Several interviews with GM as well as key leadership. They are very cautious about hires as they hire for long tenure individuals. Very low turn over as a result of this process

he interview process consists of three virtual rounds, each progressively involving higher leadership.
