      Entrevista

      Interview process was lengthy. It was 10 rounds total, including: 1) HR 2) Team Member 3) Team Member 4) Hiring Manager 5) VP 6) MD 7) Trader 8) Trader 9) Director 10) Singapore CEO The whole process took about 2 months, during which I completed interview loops for 2 other companies and rejected them. Thankfully, those offers weren't that strong, so I don't feel bad about rejecting them. Interviews mostly consisted of Python + SQL questions, with some trading knowledge and market structure. Some hackerrank practice and light reading should get you through. I got a tour of the office before meeting the CEO, and was told I would get results on a potential offer in the next few days. A week passed and I emailed them, and they said they were waiting on a CTO decision. Another week passes and I get a message from the external recruiter that they went with the other candidate. No further communication. In my opinion, the process was lengthy, repetitive, disrespectful and opaque. If I were truly the backup candidate, fine; reject me early so I can move on with my search. But they tried to engage me and sent signals an offer was coming, and were so slow with it that it extended my job search another month. The lack of even an email to conclude the process, with only a WhatsApp message to the external recruiter, reeks of unprofessionalism as well. Only go through the interview process if you have an abundance of time. Don't believe any signals that an offer might be coming. Don't trust the timelines they give you.
