There was a panel of four who asked questions and based on your answers graded or rated your response. The job Description or this position was not made available so you kind of guessed what it might be since it was a new position being created to align with LEAP III operationally process. So in a sense it was difficult to figure out what was wanted or how to best prepare for the interview.
